Kwara Speaker celebrates Governor's Mum at 90

Rt. Hon. Engr. Salihu Yakubu Danladi, Speaker, Kwara state House of Assembly has congratulated the mother of Kwara State Governor AdbulRahman AbdulRazaq, Alhaja Raliat Amope Abdulrazaq on her 90th birthday anniversary.

The nonagenarian, who was the first female councilor in Kwara State and a council member of the defunct Ilorin local government is a co-founder  of the first private secondary school in Ilorin - Ilorin College (ICI), (now Government High School, Adeta).

"I congratulate our mother, Hajia Raliat Abdulrazaq on her 90th birthday and wish her longer and healthier life on the surface of earth", Danladi said in a statement signed by his Special Assistant, Media, Ibrahim Sheriff.

"We value your contributions to the development of Kwara state and being the pillar behind the great man whose professional and humanitarian impact as the first lawyer in North Central Nigeria cannot be erased on the sands of time", he added.
